  • MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to visionbyjt@gmail.com so we can help. Please always be sure to include photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.

  • DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

    We do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

  • MY ORDER IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know by emailing us as soon as possible.

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

    Each piece is custom printed upon purchase, so we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

  • DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE US?

    Not from our site at the moment. If you are outside of the USA and would like to place an order, please email us and we will see if a custom order can be placed for you.

  • DO YOU OFFER LARGER PRINT SIZES OR FRAMING?

    We only offer prints at listed sizes without frames at the moment, but if interested in a large print or framed print please contact us and we can coordinate placing a custom order depending on your needs.

  • I WANT A PRINT OF AN IMAGE THAT IS FEATURED ON YOUR INSTAGRAM, BUT NOT ON THE WEBSITE. CAN I PURCHASE IT?

    Send us an email or DM and we can see if a special order can be coordinated depending on what image you’re interested in.
